Join our virtual workshop and learn directly from the grower. Our presenter, Ed Fraser, will cover topics from planting, growing, harvesting, curing, and storing garlic, including common pests and diseases. He will discuss the difference between hardneck and softneck garlic types, and what it takes to grow garlic using organic methods.

Additionally, the CCE Monroe Nutritionist, Alyssa VanValkenburg, will discuss the health benefits of garlic and share some yummy recipes!
